Megan was amazing throughout the entire process. I was relocating my wife and two little girls from Denver, Colorado to the state of Iowa for work, and she was able to make the situation a little less stressful. She was always there when we needed her. Thank you for everything Megan!

In a time that the market is swamped Megan and Nichole helped us every step of the way. We went from 0 to 100 for selling and buying our house in less than one week and they made it happen! Now we are settled in our new house not even 2 months later and we could not be happier with the whole process.
Megan is absolutely a top tier realtor. I can not recommend her enough. There is a wide range in competence with realtors, but if you use Megan you can rest assured you are in good hands. She approaches her job with extreme professionalism and commitment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, is honest, realistic, and knows what will matters. The support staff is on the ball and prepared.
Megan and her colleague, Nichole Johnson, were both wonderful to work with. We had some issues midway through the process that they handled perfectly. They were patient with our inability to make a decision and were flexible with our work schedules. The closing process was as easy as could be with their guidance and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would! They are the best!!!!
We really enjoyed working with Megan and Nichole. Nichole actually showed us the home we purchased and she was quick to follow-up with Megan and get an offer submitted to the seller. The home we purchased was only listed for a few hours when we had an offer accepted.
