Megan was terrific!! She worked hard to help us find our "forever" home. Very patient as we looked at many, many homes to find the right one for us. Megan did lots of research and sent us many suggestions, then arranged her schedule to meet us at the homes that we chose to see. When we did find "the" house, she worked with us and the seller's agent to negotiate the best terms possible. Megan was great. As a first time home buyer, she helped walked me through everything & was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. She pointed out things to look at when we walked through homes & helped guide me when it came to making an offer & negotiating. I would 100% recommend her & plan to use her again if I buy another house.
Megan was great to work with! Megan showed me homes that had the items I wanted. She also showed me homes within my price range. Megan was quick to get back to me and this was extremely important appreciated. The was also important because the time of year I was looking was active. She did not push me into putting an offer in. She did however advise me accordingly and when I found the home I wanted she advised me appropriately. That is why I am sitting in my new house right now! Thanks
Megan is so easy to work with, and she goes above and beyond every time we work with her! We would highly recommend her! She had helped us find our first home previously. Soon after we listed our home with her she had lots of people lined up for showings. Our home sold in a little over a week. She kept us up to date with the closing process and will be helping us find our new home. The whole process has been easy and stress free!
Dedicated is the perfect word to describe Megan... we were in the thick of looking at homes while Megan was on MATERNITY LEAVE and were VERY impressed with how responsive and available she was, all while juggling the duties of being a new mom. They have the resources for accurate and effective inspections and truly made this a stress free transaction.
Megan helped us find and purchase our first home. She is an expert at just about every aspect of home-buying from helping us with the initial lending process to inspecting everything at the final walk-through.
