I can't recommend Megan enough. 6 out of 5 stars! Megan actually helped us buy both our first and second homes, and she sold our first home for us, as well. Megan did a great job advising exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready for sale. We live out of town and she went above and beyond, helping us to secure contractors to get the job done. Our house sold in only 2 days for the full asking price.
Megan was very helpful when my husband and I were looking for a new home to buy. She was patient with us as we looked at dozens of houses in multiple towns to make sure we got the exact house and location we wanted. She walked us through the entire process answering any questions we had about appraisals, inspections and paperwork. She was easy to reach via text message, email or phone.
