We were referred to Megan by friends that worked with her in the past. Choosing Megan and her team for our first home buying experience was hands down the best decision we could have made! Megan, Nichole, and Tom are very genuine, so kind, and extremely responsive to every single question we had along the way. We found our home within about a week and had our first (and only) offer accepted. I credit that to Megan's expertise in the market and responsiveness. I'd recommend her and her team to anyone!

Megan recently helped us build a house and while she didn’t literally swing a hammer, I’m sure she would have if it was needed! Various blogs and articles I read advised getting a realtor even if you were going to be working with a reputable builder and I’m so happy we did. She was able to help negotiate the price of the lot and made the design meeting decisions easier to make. If I had to do it over again I would choose to work with Megan on a heartbeat!
