roofing leak I seemed to have a leak in the roof over the enclosed porch. I only purchased the property last year in 2010 but I knew that the roof was new. I called around. Megacity happened to be in the neighbourhood that day. The worker stopped by, fixed the small problem with the flashing and he was on his way. I like doing busy quickly and efficiently. It is great that he stopped by so quickly. You might want to give the guys a call. I was impressed.

Garage Flat Roof My garage flat roof was in desparate need of replacement. The roof at the back was so water damaged that a significant hole could be seen once they got the old tar and gravel removed. The rotten wood damage was that bad. Tom and his crew are fantastic and that's why I had them back for this job after redoing my house shingles about 4 years ago. Roof replacement The footprint of our house is roughly 1500 square feet and we had the entire roof replaced with new shingles. Tom is great to work with, responsive, and from a pricing perspective was very reasonable. He was very flexible in the work we wanted done. For example, although he didn't typically use synthetic materials for the underlayment, he was happy to use it for our house at our request. Hey Vincent thank you for the review it was great doing business with you too. When using synthetic paper verses tar paper is no difference in installing it correctly. The benefit in using the synthetic paper actually covers more square footage quicker then the regular tar paper. Downspout reattachment Tom came over to reattach my downspout which had disconnected due to high winds. He completed the job fairly quickly. He also kindly pointed out that another downspout had disconnected which I hadn't realized and he fixed that for me as well. I found him to be professional and friendly. I would recommend him.

Replace complete Roof Tom and his crew did a fantastic job! The quoting process was simple, all my questions were answered promptly and the price was right! The crew showed up when they said they would, they were quick, cleaned up after themselves and the new roof looks great! There were two layers of shingles already on the roof, so a complete removal was necessary. Shortly after completion I received several comments regarding how clean the property looked considering the amount of work done. Thanks again guys!

Reshingle roof Tom and his crew reshingled my roof and added 3 vents. As a new homeowner I had many questions about my roof (and various other parts of my house), which he gladly answered. New roof install on residential home After extensive research for a reliable and honest roofing company, we went with Mega City Roofing and we are so glad we did! Our research showed they were one of the best and so did other trade workers and homeowners. They weren't the cheapest company or the highest priced company, but we figured this is one of the most important investments in our home so we didn't want a fly-by-night company. Roof Repair - Emergency We had a small leak in the ceiling on the top floor of our home. After reviewing vendors on homestars.com, I called my top three choices and left voice/e-mail messages as per their respective instructions w/r/t emergencies. Tom was the only one who called back - which was good for us because he turned out to be professional and courteous. He arrived at the time he indicated and the work was taken care of.
