New flat roof and re-shingling of roof When we bought our home, the big thing the home inspector kept mentioning was that the roof needed to be re-shingled, and the flat roof needed to be redone to take care of any ice damming. We ignorantly ignored this until this past winter we suffered moderate leaking due to ice damming. New Shingles Tom is a good guy - very flexible and always responds promptly. He is also very good in shingle consultation (color, make). They did our roof around the end of August and I waited to write a review to see how it is. Needless to say, we had a lot of rains including the 50mm+ a couple of days ago and no leak at all. Roof looks fantastic and we have the peace of mind that it will stay the same for the years to come. His crew is also polite and cleans up really well. They left our backyard spotless. Investigate problem with my Skylight I had a problem with my skylight so I checked HomeStars and found Tom from Mega City Roofing. Tom's response was very fast and professional. He checked my skylight, did the necessary repairs very professionally. Very happy and satisfied with his work.

Complete new roof My wife and I decided it was time to to change our roof and and did our thorough homework in the process. New flat roof Our roof sprung a leak this winter, so we were desparate to replace it before the thaw. Of 4 quotes, Tom's was in the middle, but the reviews on Homestars swayed us. He scheduled the work for three days later, was here promptly, and did an exceptional job. Thanks so much for restoring our faith in quality, punctuality, and value.

New Roof Had to reshingle the roof due to leaking in the Spring of this year. Had just moved in and apparently the previous roofing job had been done incorrectly over the dormer. Mega redid the roof with step flashing. It's a big roof and very steep. They recommended to add eavestroughing on either side of the dormer to direct the water runoff away from the shingling and into the gutters.
