Full roof repair Tom and Rome came to my rescue in fixing my leaky roof. Professional and curtious, these guys along with there hard working team completely redid my roof with new materials and a 10 year warranty. I honestly feel better knowing they did a great job. I recommend!

Post installation service MegaCity roofing did our roof two years ago. This morning I noticed there's a partial piece of shingle on my front yard. Fearing some of the shingles on my roof were damaged in the past winter, I called MegaCity at around 8:15am. Tom showed up at our house at 9am (!) and did roof inspection free of charge!!! Turned out my roof is fine: the shingle was from my old roof. I always view post-installation service at least as important as the installation itself. In both cases, MegaCity shines.

Roofing and Followup This is a quick note to vouch for Tom's excellent customer service. We had our roof done 3 years ago with Tom and have had no issues; however, we noticed that an A/C pipe venting out the roof started to wear some of the shingle around it, allowing for rain to start to come through. Tom responded to my email within hours, and without hesitation came by the following day to confirm the issue and caulk the leak before it got serious. New Roof and Skylight Based on the reviews from HomeStars we contacted Mega City Roofing among a couple of other companies. Tom responded quickly and came out to inspect our roof. This in September 2012. I am a little late in posting the review. The job was reasonably priced and he provided some background as to why our (prior) roof was leaking. Shingling I found Megaroofing last summer and I contacted them through this site. The quote that I received was very competitive and I got a thorough explanation as to what was going to be done. They did an excellent job in the two days that they were here. They left the worksite clean and explained the warranty to us in case of any problems that may arise. I would definitely recommend this crew and I have no problems with my shingles to report.

ROOF Tom and his crew came immidiatley do the work and fixed my house and previously very badly done flat roof. Tom went up on the roof right away before the job was done to secure loose shingles before the next rain storm. Crew and Tom did work fast and good customer service. answering my questions. They came back promptly as promised to replace flashing after two months. it was delayed until chimney was repaired.

NEW ROOF + FLAT ROOF I researched companies that specialize in flat roofs and found MegaCity Roofing. We have repaired our flat roof 2x already and both times, it still leaked. We had no luck getting the companies back to FIX it!!! New Roof What can I say. They work like a top notch hockey team. Simply fabulous! Tom and Roman are fantastic guys to deal with, offer top notch customer service and their crew is fantastic. Did my roof in less than a day, looks great. They cleaned up all around my house and made it look as if there were never here. Highly recommended!
