New roof Tom was very pleasant to deal with for the initial quote. Finally got some decent weather to get the job done and it was done very well. Crew was very professional to deal with and the work and clean up were amazing. They took great care of my property and ensured the work area was safe for my family to come and go as needed. Tom made sure we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof!

Ice Dam/Roof Leak A roof dam had formed on the front of our house, just above our son's bedroom . A leak had formed and came into the house, just above his bed. I called Tom on a Sunday evening and he was quick to answer. He listened to my story, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment the following day. House and garage - new roof I can't say enough good things about Tom and his crew. I contacted Tom because the roof on my mom's house & garage had been "ravaged" by raccoons. Tom came out that same day, did a thorough inspection (including pictures) showing the extent of the damage. Since the damage was so extensive he moved around other jobs so that my mom's house could be repaired. New Roof Thank you Tom and crew for an excellent job. Crew arrived on time and the work was done as described and quoted, no surprises. New Roof We had a great experience with Tom and his crew, they were in and out in one day. They clean up was top notch, and his crew was friendly and professional. There were no surprises, what Tom quoted is what we paid. Tom answered all of our question and concerns, and even came out on a Saturday to sign our contract. I highly recommend Mega City Roofing.

Complete Roof This is a follow up to my review in 2012. Had a small piece of shingle come loose in the wind and I sent Tom a note and came out right away to fix. Small fix but big deal as his after sale service is exceptional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone. Simply you get what you pay for. Roof Repair Thank you Tom for coming to my parents house and fixing their roof so fast. I called one day and the next day Tom was on the job and fixed their roof. Some shingles had blown off from the high winds and their chimney needed re-caulking. Tom went above and beyond to fix the problem and reassure us that the roof will be in great condition for the up and coming winter season. Roof replacement I researched the shingle manufacturers, homestars, and BBB, and invited six contractors to come and give me a quote, and Tom responded fast and gave me the most reasonable quote. I especially loved the 20-year labor warranty and 50-year product warranty. Tom also agreed to help fix my downsprout and caulk some eavestroughs. Tom's crew was great--carefully protected my deck, flowers, and airconditioners, and cleaned the site very well after they finished the job.
