New Roof I would recommend Tom and Mega City Roofing in a heartbeat. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through with everything that was promised. Job was completed even before schedule; when I showed up on the premises, it was like he wasn't even there - clean up was impeccable. The end product is gorgeous. If you need someone effective and effecient to do your roof, hassle free, and that truly cares about their craft, Tom is your guy.

Replace roof shingles Called numerous roofing companies during January to replace shingles. Kept hearing that they are closed for the season and will resume in the Spring. Came across Mega City and called Tom. Tom came out the following day after I called quoted the job and installed the next day. Luckily the weather this winter has been favourable and installing was no issue. Great service and highly recommend.

New roof on bungalow I highly recommend Megacity Roofing. They provided the best inspection - up on the roof, showing me various things about the roof and old shingles, eavestroughs etc. Tom Geo also spent time explaining the materials, how the old materials are removed, and recommended some other improvements to be made. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time at 8:00am and started work immediately. They never stopped working, taking their shifts in sequence. Shingle Repair Tom was absolutely fantastic he went above and beyond the work we agreed upon i.e. repair three shingles and charged us on the original agreed to terms. He was polite and professional in his dealings with us. We saw pictures of the superb work done. New Roof I needed a roofing company right away (March, 2016) due to shingles falling off from the high winds we have had recently. I called a few roofing companies and left messages with no return calls. I was referred to Mega City Roofing by a friend who had used them and liked their work. I called and left a message. Replace Flat Roof I decided to go with Tom and Mega City after talking to 3 roofers. I found Tom replied to my request the next day, was very knowledgeable, and responded promptly to several rounds of questions while I made my decision. His price was also competitive. I like the fact that Tom was accountable from first point of contact, to execution, to job completion. I am happy with the work, and he did not charge me extra for removing 3 layers of old roof.
