rough experience. husband had surgery. did not see him until ready for discharge. the pain was insurmountable, nurses didnt want to hear. oh, he had his pain medication in pacu. hurried him out the door....day before Thanksgiving. I am appalled to say I was once the manager there.

5 years of increasing back pain and one by one losing activities that I care about. today I woke up in the recovery room after 4 hrs of surgery. Laminectomy and fusion of 2 levels. So far it looks good. Hospital and spine surgeon (Union Memorial & Justin Tortolani) are delivering
