this is the best hospital that I've been to in Baltimore where all the staff even in cleaning so it's so respectful and treat you like you should be treated I would definitely recommend this hospital because they actually care how you feel
They need to seriously educate their staff. I am a provider and was there on 5/8/2020 on the 9th floor around 2pm and the secretary was NOT wearing a face mask. When I asked why she wasn't she got smart and said she didn't have to answer to me and she didn't need to wear one even though everyone else on the floor was. It was an older African American woman and when I asked her name she hid her badge. None of the other nurses or staff seemed to care or want to correct the issue and acted like I was the problem. I worked there for 7 years as a housekeeper at the age of 22yr old (Year 2011). This hospital is so AMAZING I grew so close to some of the Nurses and Doctor. I would like to Thank the 6th floor crew from the Occupational OT therapist crew (those women & men mold me to do better) all the way to the nurses & Doctors of 6East....I felt like we were a HUGE family.
