I personally had an exemplary experience from my surgeon all the way down to the registrars who checked me in at 0530. One aspect in particular had me in awe, and I know it sounds funny, but the sling apparatus was like something out of a futuristic movie. The harness adapts with connectors and straps all around the upper torso and a pillow takes up the slack space and velcoes on. My husband had foot surgery there yesterday and I've have had 2 hip replacements there. Excellent doctors, nurses and staff.

What a shame. The toilet in my room (Orthopedics 835) got clogged around 3pm on Friday, September 9 and as of 6:30AM on Saturday September 10, it still is not fixed. The fact that I had to go on commode when I was finally able to ambulate to bathroom was just what I needed to start the day, September 10.
