I thought the nurse that was in care of my stroma had a very bad attitude. Even though my niece works there and she's not close with us I believe it is the nurse was very unprofessional

I arrived here at medstar union memorial hospital on November 1st 2015. The reason for coming to the hospital was a splinter in between my index finger on my right hand seemed to be infected and was throbbing with pain. Needless to say I was admitted. Since my arrival i was given a team of hand specialist who i consider a group of caring individuals that have been nothing short of excellent surgeons. I've been in the OPERATING ROOM on 4 occasions. I came in Sunday with a left hand that had just lost a battle with a table saw. My ring finger was severed and my pinkie finger was just barely hanging on. From the moment I got here I knew I was at the right place. I can't name all the people who I've met but everyone was a professional. Your staff in the hand center is awesome. From, doctor Nick and nurse Laura in the OR, to Jessica, Parul, Terry, Kate, Ty and everyone else on 7th floor west. You all saved my hand and you will always be in my heart. God Bless you all.
