My husband had his shoulder replaced. Dr. Murthi did the surgery, and he made my husband feel comfortable and made it seem like he does these surgeries in his sleep. The staff has the best bedside manner..so caring, warm and good sense of humor, making something not so fun/comfortable more bearable.

This has been 11th visit to Union Memorial. I have been in Orthopedics and Heart areas. Basically wandered around on long days cafeteria, gift shop etc. The care and friendliness of the staff is a great experience. Everyone has a smile Doctor Nurses Orderlies Cafeteria workers guards. All very pleasant. Breath of fresh air when you or a loved one is there.

Everyone was great food was horrible though. Patients should also be able to have items on menu from cafeteria 😏

Wonderful patient care experience. Dr. Tortolani is amazing and has wonderful bedside manner. My anesthesiologist was very personable and answered every question and talked about every scenario. The nurses were so helpful and very accommodating with my many family members and my daughter. Everyone introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Orthopedic department is great! Saw Dr. Braumbach and surgery was done by Dr. Miller. Both excellent!
