The Staff is caring and knowledgeable. Great personalities abound and I would not go ANYWHERE ELSE. I had them help me in my TKR and then later with my should which may need to be replaced in the future. If it is, I know where I am going for rehab.

I was treated for physical therapy at Bethesda location . I paid co-pay every time I went. I got the bill. I called billing department and asked why they are charging me for what I didn’t receive that treatment. Representative said they are going to investigate. Never investigate, never call me back. They send my account to collections. I called billing department and paid it off. Last week I received another unpaid bill for $32.40. I have been receiving Pt at your Hollywood, Md location. They're great there. Could barely walk when I started and now I am much better. Thanks for caring.
