worst ever. doctor proceeded to place catherer in my chest with no anesthesia, then sent me to a satellite building in Silver spring where i layed in my own waste for 2 days. After complaining I was moved to a ward were the nurses were condescending and very cruel. it was awful. I will never go back even if I am dying
Notified NRH right away when there was a billing issue in March 2017. NRH admitted it was a coding error on their back end and that they would correct it. NRH was in network for my insurance and I paid the co-pay at every visit. The billing issue persisted and I spoke with NRH billing (and my insurance) for months. In December 2017, I was under the impression that the issue was FINALLY resolved, but I just received a collections letter today in the mail. I definitely would not recommend this practice.
Two complete knee replacements quickly taught me the importance of an experienced and dedicated team of physical therapy professionals.
This place is the reason I am able to walk today I wanna thanks to the staff members who helped me with my rehabilitation they were awesome inpatient and outpatient therapy was great service I would recommend them to anyone who needs rehabilitation therapy this is the place to go!
The staff here is wonderful here on 2 East the therptist are excellent when it comes to rehabilitation.
Thank you for sending me to collections for a BILL I PAID over a year and a half ago. I do truly enjoy it when businesses can't manage their own billing and then try to screw their patients over. EVERY TIME I have been a patient here the billing has been screwed up and MedStar NRH has tried to bill me for services that I already paid for. EVERY. TIME.
