Recommendedexplicitly! the day Medstar decided to hire dr. Jeffrey Wilson Shupp was the best move they ever made in their life! The reason I say that is before Michelle Pitcock became my wife she was brought in by a medical helicopter. she was severely burnt ! Dr. J W Shupp was the Dr. and his team whom saved her life. On Feb 09, 2019 she became my my wife ! I am very grateful to him and his team. She now and is my whole reason for living. YOU AND YOUR TIME IN MY EYES ARE THE BEST ! !

They don't care or even listen to their patients. Just because I'm not currently bleeding out of every orifice in my body does not mean something is not wrong. They are more concerned about making you leave than actually being doctors. Why even have an emergency room if you aren't going to help diagnose and treat patients? RecommendedDr. Derek Masden performed Free flap surgery on me 1/25/21. I can’t say enough about the wonderful work he did. I had a great stay in the hospital. Many people (PA’s, intern’s, doctors, and other staff)kept coming by to see the results. I kept hearing everyone say what a wonderful job that was done. I also heard one dr refer to Dr. Masden as the master of this surgery. I would have to agree. He also has the best bedside manor. I could go on but will end it with thank you Dr. Masden. There's no compassion for patients they told me what my issue was my pharmacy is closed till Monday I got no type of real treatment and ended up with more pain from the discharge nurse squeezing on me then I did coming in

Took my 5 year old here. Walked in and receptionist had a nasty attitude and being snarky to others besides myself. Ok no big deal, they deal with a lot show them grace.... well I Was told we had a 3 1/2 hour wait!!! Ok, big breathe, out of their control, cool no problem. It’s local to a bunch of places so we Went to grab her a drink and something to eat to burn time in the car in the parking lot. Again she is 5!!! Feasible right? We have 3 1/2 hours to burn.
