So much closer than harbor hospital. friendly staff.

My family and I will never ever go there again!!!! One nurse was chewing gum while talking to me and another nurse didn't even say hello to me and she acted like she was so tired for the whole time she was assisting me even though it wasn't busy at all when I was there.
Convenient location for federal hill, locust point and riverside neighborhoods. Been to urgent care twice now. Wait was a little long, but tolerable and that's to be expected. The waiting areas are comfortable and the staff kind and accommodating. Doctors were competent and did not rush though the visit. They follow up with a phone call and written note. Will be switching my primary care here especially since they have laboratory facilities on site.
It's super convenient, great location, filled with wonderful doctors and a great support staffs and loads of parking! One stop for Medical! They have a walk in clinic as well as a diagnostic testing department- no appointment needed! And don't forget sports medicine and phys therapy! Orthopedic, Gyn, primary care, cardiology etc! And loads of parking. Give them a try. You'll make it your medical go-to! On the Banner Route, at Key Highway and Lawrence.
It was a nice place. It was for my hubby But it is out of the way for us to go back.
