Dr John O'Keefe is an incredible Doctor. Dr. John has been my chosen primary care physician for several years now, and has always provided the absolute best care. Brought my boyfriend in to get help. He was in extreme pain,with high blood pressure, vomiting, chest pain and having trouble breathing. He was treated rude by the front desk adm. as was I. The Dr. Was very rude. Will never use this hospital again. Had to call 911 just to get them to get him back to the er after 2.5 hrs of waiting.

Didn't even introduce himself to husband just said you want me to break your water I said no I wanted birth to be natural appearing irritated left Came back later asked to break my water my husband asked why mom & baby are fine His response was to make everything quicker then proceeded to ask my husband what he did for a living and if he would like to deliver the baby They argued my husband told him to come into the hallway with him as not to upset me He continued to be an unethical jerk He came back apologizing he had a bus... read more

Dr. Russell is a very condescending man. I'm a younger woman who, at the time of my appointment, was engaged and couldn't conceive. Dr. Russell told me I "should be married before having kids", then proceeded to give me an exam for extreme pelvic pain before deciding, without the help of an ultrasound or surgery, that I was fine and I needed physical and psychotherapy. He also gave me no pain medication for my excruciating pelvic pain and a low dose of lidocaine that didn't even work. I got a second opinion that resulted in ... read more
