We will be loyal to this place. 2nd time there. You can call ahead and put your name on the waiting room list. They have 2 pen holders, one for clean, one for used at the front desk. IN the patient rooms they have kids table, books and coloring, chalk board wall. There was a plug in for my phone to charge, (most rooms don't have plug ins for you). It's the littlest things that make the best difference, especially when a mommas not got much sleep from sick little ones. Everyone very nice and professional. Got in very quick.

I generally see Dr. Z but he was not in the office today. So I saw Dr. Kent. All I can say is "fantastic." Great sense of humor, understood my concerns, presented alternatives to care very well. This restored my faith in this practice as the collections policy was a bit archaic and stricter than other medical practices (I am used to paying upon exit, not half up front). Plus, the respect for my time is not always appreciated as it took over half an hour to see the doctor.

I just went for my annual visit last week. The front office lady was extremely rude, stating that 'didn't someone tell you to come early to fill out some forms?" I said no, they hadn't told me to come early. She rudely stated that she didn't think the doctor would see me because I hadn't come in early. I gasped and said, 'Are you serious?" She said she had to go ask the doctor if she would still see me" and left. I stood there, aghast at her rude behavior--and this policy. To be turned away because of their forgetfulness to ... read more

I am ashamed & embarrassed by the care, or lack there of, received during 5 hours in the ER at Memorial Hospital Central following a traumatic injury which resulted in multiple injuries including broken bones, lacerations, & lots of road rash. As hours ticked by, actively bleeding on the chairs & floor of the waiting area, we made a couple checks at front desk to ask about the status of care & whether we could get wound care supplies or treatment. After more than 2 hours, a security guard was kind enough to bring us some gau... read more

My Husband and I had an appointment with Dr.M Simmons today as our previous provider was no longer part of UCHealth providers. He was great. He is informative, takes time, asks questions, answers questions and was very professional. Took a lot of time asking questions and answering concerns. Kudos!! His office staff were friendly and appts. ran on time...What a relief....it is always disconcerting when you have to switch physicians after 20 years. Thanks Dr. Simmons for making this transition easy.. Bonnie and Glenn Olsen
