Dr Bodman listens carefully to patient concerns and offers practical and conservative medical advice. He has a caring bedside manner and a good sense of humor. He follows up quickly on reports and test results. He makes you feel like you are his only priority that day!

12/5/12, a MHS PFS employee sent my supervisor and my husband's employee supervisor our medical and medical financial accounting information. Our supervisor did not require our dates of medical/surgical services, type of service, or what MHS PFS 'thinks' they are owed. MHS PFS employees double and triple billed a couple of my accounts that I paid twice before I caught on to their scheme. No one could figure out what happened to my overpayments.I found out that a PFS employee took my overpayment from over billing 'paid' accoun... read more

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Orozco-Peterson, MD and all of the top shelf staff at UCHealth Primary Care Clinic. I was treated with respect and kindness many times over. I would like to give special thanks not only to the doctor but also Carrie, Sandy, Nancy, Stephanie, Lily, Tiffany, Beth, and Tara. I certainly hope I didn't overlook anyone, because all of you are the BEST! It is comforting to know we have such caring individuals in Cheyenne for our healthcare needs.

My mother who is 77 years old and has dementia had to come in to have her pace maker removed because of an infection. The pace-maker was removed on a Monday, she was put in ICU for observation and had a catheter put in place because she was very shaky and unsteady on her feet. They removed the catheter when they moved her to a regular room late at night and it unsettled her and confused her terribly and she gave the night nurse a hard time and pulled out her iv's. I was not called and should have been, I was staying close by... read more

I am a Disabled Iraq and Afghanistan Veteran. I was transported by EMS to the ER with my Service Dog. When arrived at the ER I was put into a private room with my Service Dog which is prescribed by my Doctor for Military PTSD. I was approached by a nurse who told me she said "I couldn't have my Service Dog as they don't have the facilities for him". I wasn't in any condition to fight back and protect my rights. Being discriminated against me and fighting back that the hospital and the nurse violated ADA federal law and Color... read more

Do not be trusting fools, like I was, of Kem Su Hor. She gave the OK,for a operation for my husband, that destroyed his organ's and him. No mention of risk or what was being done. He would never be coherent again. They either used him for money,a science project, or both. My husband was the love of my life, and I just wanted to bring him home to take care of him. She took that away from me.

We will be loyal to this place. 2nd time there. You can call ahead and put your name on the waiting room list. They have 2 pen holders, one for clean, one for used at the front desk. IN the patient rooms they have kids table, books and coloring, chalk board wall. There was a plug in for my phone to charge, (most rooms don't have plug ins for you). It's the littlest things that make the best difference, especially when a mommas not got much sleep from sick little ones. Everyone very nice and professional. Got in very quick.
