I would've in the past given this surgery 3 and a half stars only because Dr Mumford made what could've been a life threatening misdiagnosis of a thrombosis. I had a defective gene that makes me throw clots he knows this. I let him off the hook as I thought he'd made an honest mistake I now realise that was a mistake I shouldn't have let him off the hook as he should've had me on medication for this defective gene. I have followed Dr Mumford from various practices and this is by far one of the best. Waiting times are reasonable, many services on offer and the receptionists are always friendly and take a genuine interest in how you are. EDIT - 12/08/2024 Wanted to update this post to say the service has not changed. In the past 4 years since the initial review, booking times have exploded, making a booking can take a couple of weeks to get in. Once done though, waiting times are still very quick.
