I have been to MPFC a number of times over the years and I haven't had a unsatisfied visit. I have a few questions regarding the Bulletin on your website. I have emailed your clinic thru the website and hope that someone gets back to me soon.
I've been a client of Medical Park Family Care for quite a few years and of all the clinics and doctors offices I have been to, these folks are the friendliest, most personable, best organized, and with a lab right upstairs, is pretty much ful service. Dr Ray Robinson always shows me genuine concern and respect.
I will never use this doctors office again! The administrative staff was completely rude and unhelpful. When I asked to have the doctor fill out a return to duty form for me so I can return to work. I was told that I would have to make an appointment and be charged a doctor's visit even though I had already been seen! So in order for me to not lose my job they want me to pay them for a doctor's note? What a rip off!!
Very caring and thorough. Would definitely recommend to one and all. ��
Probably the best doctor experience I've ever had. Short wait, friendly staff, solid provider who answered all my questions. Lab results back same day.
