Horrible. Please seek care somewhere else. My father (70) and had the flu (currently killing people we know), they wouldn't see him for being a few minutes late (he was testing his extremely low blood sugar and eating a snack because he felt unwell) and also lied about not receiving his records from the emergency department a few days previous. After 20+years, I was "excused" as a patient and recieved a letter saying myself AND my family will not be treated there anymore.. .over a $41.80 bill overdue..after they received thousands through my insurance over the years!
Want to thank you guys for not giving me the insurance doctor run around Providence did. All I needed was a simple Pulmonary Functions Test.
They alway take me in quickly, they listen and truly care. I see Dr Aarons but have seen others as well and they all care
