Mom and I were so blessed to receive all the great care given to her. All the nurses and nurse techs on the 5th floor, were so awesome! They went above and beyond, in caring for mom. As for me, since I couldn't leave my mom's bedside, they were so kind in providing me with meals, as well. The food was great! Thank you everyone on the 5th floor, you made our 5 day stay, very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful smiles, means a lot to me..God bless you all.
Very clean, friendly staff (especially Don in radiology) and (Lucy in admitting). Couldn't ask for a better place.
Went in for outpatient surgery to have my gallbladder removed. I was very nervous and anxiety took over. But my nurses were very caring and comforting. Erica who i think was the nurse supervisor was absolutely wonderful. There was penny she was very funny and made me at ease as well. Besides her cocktail she gave me to calm down. My dr. Brancel is an excellent surgeon!! I want to thank all the staff for making my nervous experince great. Even after the surgery in recovery dont remember his name. I had a total hysterectomy done on Monday May 1st. I am not going to lie I was concerned about going there. But my experience was wonderful from the pre op visit with nurse April loved her. Very calming and excellent step by step for me,to the recovery nurse Joe who was so good to me, to the fifth floor room nurse's Hailey, Heather, Cheri, Elizabeth, and Head Charge nurse Eunice. Very nice and caring Dr's and nurse's. I will come here before I ever go to Harris Methodist again.
I've been here numerous times, for surgeries and just basic things such as Flu diagnosis. This hospital and it's staff are amazing.
