RecommendedThe ER and floor nurses and therapists have been 5star all the way! My dad was there in June and again now. I have full comfort in leaving him in their care when family isn’t able to stay.

The ER staff was very quick and efficient. The care and concern for my husbands issue from his nurse Charleen and her assistant was beyond awesome!!! She showed true compassion for him and we are very grateful she was our nurse. This is why MCD is my only ER�

Worst hospital ever. Went to the ER with a gum infection so bad that my entire face was swollen and I could hardly breath. They took one look and told me there was nothing they could do and then tried to charge me $200. Since I couldn’t pay it then and there the registration woman got all sassy and said they’d send me a bill for much more than $200. Even though all they did was look inside my mouth. I was here in the er on Mother’s Day and again on May 31. They told me I had anxiety and then told me to take some anti-acids and gave me a script for what ever was going on in my tummy. What they failed to do was a sonogram while I was there both times and the er dr told me the er was not a bandage they even sent me home with a bp of 176/106. I got worse and was taking to presbyterian flower mound Tuesday the June 5th. Where I was admitted that day and had emergency surgery on Wednesday because my gallbladder was infected. ... read more
I was required to pay close to $2,100 before I could be admitted to the hospital. I overpaid $237.41. The hospital is refusing to pay me back the money they owe me. They admit I overpaid but I still do not have my money back. I tried to talk to a supervisor but I was told the person I was talking to had talked to the supervisor and he said the same thing "there is nothing they can do". I asked to talk to his supervisor and I was told I could not talk to them.

Shout out to the ER staff Sarah (I think), Marisol, Dr Olmstead, and the others who took care of my mom. Marisol and Dr Olmstead knew right away my mom was having a heart attack. After getting my mom to the 6th floor, Anthony in surgery did not waste any time getting my mom to the Cath Lab. After my mom came from the Cath Lab, Melissa was extraordinary!! Melissa showed much concerned. Actually everyone that cared for her was very compassionate. My mom is doing a lot better. Thank you for caring!!!

Had to come to the ER with kidney stone pain and everyone I encountered was caring and professional. The doctor sat with me and went over CT findings and was very attentive.
