Had Bariatric surgery there on Tuesday. The nurses were absolutely wonderful! I know that they’re busy so I don’t like to bug them but if I hit that call light, they were there in a matter of seconds. Very attentive and had the patience of nuns. I wish I didn’t live 3 hrs away or I would continue going there.

The ER “doctor” Jacob Mumm sent me home waking on a fractured leg that he missed. Horrible doctor. Horrible er staff.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team here. From top to bottom, ER to the floor, janitorial, kitchen (wow - great food!), techs and nurses ALL have been superb. Positive attitudes, highly attentive with a service-oriented mindset and everyone seems happy to be working here. SO much different than other experiences I have had. Highly recommend Medical City Denton if you find yourself in need of a hospital, which I sincerely hope you do not!

You are a joke! Pathetic investigation around my complaint for my father’s negligence while under you’re care ! Ridiculous ‘ don’t know why you wasted your time or mine filing the complaint ! Guess I’ll go higher!!! You should be ashamed

ICU nurses are more worried about talking about nurses week than caring for their patient. Would have had an unnecessary repeat CT had we not spoken up against what was ordered. Asked a nurse in the nurses station a question and got the response, " I'm not his nurse." and a blank stare....That's it. Not let me get with his nurse or anything. Would NOT recommend!
