Kelly our nurse was amazing she was so sweet and gentle with our little one. The drs explained every thing very well and tried to cheer up our little one. Very impressed with the care received here. Thank you very much.

It was a short wait and the new remodel is nice.
Went to medical city ER in the morning because my husband was in so much back pain. They were very professional took us in right away, the doctor was in within a few minutes, CT scan was done medication was given and we were out of there within the hour and 15 minutes. I would say that this was a 5 Star Medical Center. The medication has worked is much better today 24 hours later. Thank you to all who were there in attendance.
I was at Medical City Denton to have a arthrogram done on my left shoulder. The check in process to getting back to have the test done was flawless. The doctor and his assistant were wonderful and explained everything as it happened. I was very pleased

My daughter and her friends were rushed by ambulance into ER from a ATV accident to this hospital from Decatur. They were given extremely good and quick care. The facility was very clean, the night shift nurses were very helpful and understanding. I really want to thank and commend all of the stuff for the great work they do and did for my daughter.
Came here with my elderly father in law. He was having breathing problems very badly. From the time we walked into the emergency door the patient service was so warm and friendly. From Allison in ER to KRIS his ICU nurse. Everybody that came in or talked with us including the doctors made us feel like family instead of worried patients family members. My 3 year old son had day surgery yesterday . Everyone was super nice. They made sure he was comfortable before and after surgery. During his recovery time the nurses let us know that everything went well and how he was doing while in recovery . Love this Hospital ❤️. I Love the Bubble wall it's really relaxing !
BEWARE RIP-OFF Before making an appointment with any doctor in the Professional Building, ask Medical City Denton if they will charge you for using the doctor's office. Medical City Denton charged me $423.00 for a doctor's appoint with r. Rilling in a tiny room in the Professional Building. Insurance does not cover this charge. I was never told that Medical City Denton would charge this fee. RIP-OFF!!!!!!!

My son was not diagnosed correctly, brought him in for a 102.5 fever and cough, sore throat, they took only x-rays and nothing else, told me he had a URI. Yesterday I take my son to his doctor and he has the flu and strep throat. I mean really first you give me medication that I'm allergic to codeine and send me home to come back 2 hours later in an ambulance to stay 5 days because you messed up, could have killed us both.... going to a different hospital, never again.
