Super efficient hospital at every step, moved me right through the process, starting with registration to surgery prep and into surgery, recovery and my room. Was discharged by 10am on my discharge day. Nurses were very informative and always attentive to my needs. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone needing that level of care.
My friend Cathy Watts was admitted Sunday after her motorcycle accident. She is receiving the utmost care. I do have to shout out to her night nurse Michelle on the 5th Floor. She has gone over and beyond. I've only been there in the evenings but I have no doubt that all the medical staff is the same way. Keep up the good work.
Excellent care. I had to have an abdominal aortic aneurysm repair of a failed AAA done at Dallas Presbyterian. The operation took over 4 hours and hospital stay was another 6 days. Some of the staff sucked and some excelled. What you would expect in a major medical center. However, the standard of care was superb. The operation was successful and recovery is moving rapidly. I had an excellent surgeon and was treated well by all staff. I would have no problem recommending this medical center for health.

The three days I was there they took real good care of me. The nurses were great and efficient. The techs were real good. If you are lucky to get Cat as your nurse, you are in for a treat.....5 star treatment.
You can put lipstick on a sow but it is still pig. Changing their name without changing the human resources still puts senior citizens at extreme risk of overcharges being turned over for collection. The other area hospitals have Patient Advocates and resolve the overcharges in a matter of minutes. The billing people at Regional just transfer you to their billing agent in another state and they tell you there is nothing they can do they only bill what they receive from Regional. I was misdiagnosed and spent a wasted week in this hospital being treated for something I didn't have. To top it off if you have a problem once you leave you are on your own. Thank goodness for second opinions at other hospitals.

Went in for a referral from my doctor to get a test. The front desk was completely uncaring. I actually fell and no one even tried to help me. Once back in a room I liked the nurses and doctos but they did unecessary procedures and it took FOREVER to get out of there. Although I appreciate the helpfulness I was only suppose to get one test that maybe would take an hour and ended up there for over 5 hours and will probably get a HUGE bill. Will avoid going back unless it's a true emergency.
