The doctor's are impersonal. They talk to you for 2 minutes tops then thy are on to the next patient. They never bother to read your chart or medical history. Instead they ask you questions you've answered a dozen times to a dozen different people. They request so much blood work but you never see the results.

They seem to care, I was scared and they took that away! I felt comfortable!!
My grandpa was brought here by ambulance from Gainesville hospital Friday afternoon an was sent to icu. An i will say they where very friendly an johnny on the spot when we needed something.. I am very impressed with the nurses here.. we couldn't have asked for better nurses.

Was just discharged there after a four day admit. I can't thank the fourth floor nursing staff enough for their kind,compassionate care. Jennifer, my day nurse and Kathy and Mariam my night nurses really went above and beyond. Barbara my day tech was very pleasant and always came in with a smile. Huge improvement with patient care I'm very pleased. I'm very sorry if I have left anyone out but I had not one bad experience. Keep up the great team work!

My son broke his ankle and was brought to the ER by ambulance last week. Everyone in the ER was so kind and genuinely concerned and he got excellent care! Brett was his nurse and he was so good with my teenage son. They have awesome doctors who explained everything to us and took their time to be sure they answered all our questions. I am a nurse but when it's your child you are just like any mother and they totally understood how I was feeling. Our son needed surgery to repair his ankle and he had that today. I had preoperative lab work, X-rays, EKG and other stuff done. The nurses were all professional, friendly and very helpful. Answered my questions and offered information. Thank you, I'll see you in January for my operation!

Poor housekeeping and non - nutritional patient food service. Sad place to be for illness. Most of the nurses are not healthy enough to run to an emergency situation. Nurses eat smell TUNA and sorts at the public station instead of in a private area. Short staffed and most are very uncaring. This is a medical training facility. If you voice your constitutional rights opinion about the issues at hand, the CEO's office sends you a "nasty graham" stating that you are BASHING the facilities. LOL....RUN from this place.

The hospital it's a rip off, they always do CTs give patients pain killers and send you home with no treatment.
