Some of the greatest doctors, nurses, and assistants ever ... I'll never forget my stay there. Most were all very kind and caring.

The hospital staff at Medical City is great; however, their billing department is not. For the last 9 months I have tried to resolve an account dispute and even provided proof of payment. Back in September I sent a general email to the hospital requesting assistance (for fear that the account would be sent to collections), and I have yet to receive a reply. I am FURIOUS to find out that the account was turned over to collections despite my best efforts to resolve the issue.
