Everyone and everything has been stellar during my daughter's care this week. Your kindness and professionalism have been top notch. She's not out of the woods but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all. The only negative was the attitude of the blonde lady at the desk in the ER. It was around 6:30 pm on 05/08 when we arrived. She was VERY rude and talked over me. I get that it's stressful but there's no excuse for rudeness.
I checked with the desk in Bldg. A to see if my paper parking dollars were good or did I need to trade them in. I was told they were still good and I could use them. Today I parked in the garage and upon exiting was told by the female clerk "We don't take those, my boss told me not to accept those? I gather the parking garage management doesn't recognize they are a crucial part of the customer experience. Paying is one of the last things people do. New L&D is great! Nurses in L&D are top notch, especially Pam. Post P stay was great. Evie, night nurse was so helpful. Wonderful experience highly recommended.
