I have been a patient here at Medical City Dallas and both inpatient hospital stays have been nothing but the best. From housekeeping to Nursing care. I received nothing but respect and each person here expressed there interest of my well being. Thank you Medical City Dallas for all you have done for me .
I was at medical city for 3 weeks when my baby girl decided to come early, every nurse and dr we encountered was truly amazing and compassionate, they made the stressful time in our life a lot easier!
RecommendedRecently had my baby girl here and the staff was amazing! Especially nurse Evia in postpartum and my delivery nurses!
the doctors violates osha regulations and discuss personal matters with people you asked them not to discuss with they are liars period..
Nurse Staff in the OR could not be hung over while operating on people for a start, OR Nurses very unprofessional
I was mostly satisfied with the treatment process. what really irks me, is that your billing department had the audacity to send a $30 balance to collections! previous payment being only 2 weeks prior.I was continuously paying off the $3000+ bill, showing good faith in paying off my debt. most of which was paid early on. but means nothing to these people. it should be mentioned that part of my treatment included something that there is financial assistance for up to $1k. Delivered my twins today. Unfortunately at 22 and 2 days and both passed after delivery. All the nurses and staff have been absolutly amazing through all of this. They have so much kindness and compassion it has truly touched my family. We are so grateful to them for making this time of grief a little easier. They think of everything. Food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this hospital to anybody having pregnancy complications or just wants a good place to have their babies . thank you ... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL KILL YOU. My dad was robbed and attacked and the paramedics took him to Medical City on Forest Lane in Dallas. The x-ray technician dropped my dad and he hit his head on the metal plate that they use for x-rays. The last word that my father ever said was "Ouch!" As it turned out my dad had a huge skull fracture from what ever happened to him and hitting his head on the metal x-ray plate was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm so thankful for Medical City Hospital Dallas. I was admitted for coronary bypass surgery on 7/20/2018. The care I received exceeded my expectations in every way. I was given not just the surgery and medication I needed, but also the tender kindness, respect and encouragement that made even surgery seem like a light and momentary affliction.
