You know iam reading all these 1 star reviews and they rate the whole hospital bad for one person this hospital is great my grandmother is in there now and every time one of the RNs came in they sanitized there hand and then again when they left they all have been friendly and very informative I highly recommend this hospital haven't met one bad person there yet keep up the good work!

Had to wait six hours to be seen to get my three year old stiches. The service care and doctors were great but oh my the wait times are forever. I understand it goes by priority and how serious the case....but oh it was horrible. Tried to take my daughter this past week as she was not responding to asthma home treatments and having trouble breathing...they did not even access her and told me would be a 3 hour wait..as my daughter sat there struggling to breathe!!! My 93 year old mother in law was brought in by ambulance about 1:00 Wed afternoon after falling in her house. She split her knee open and hit the corner of a table causing a large open wound on the side of her face by her eye. At midnight, she was still sitting in the hallway of the er, with 3 open rooms next to her, but because she wasn't a cardiac case, she was left to linger in a hallway.

Extremely amazing staff and physicians, treats you like a person and not a patient
Once admitted from ER the staff was just the best. I mean some of the nurses genuinely care and go above and behind for their patiens such as Jenn, Joanne, and Olga and a few more on the second floor. So thank you for a good experience while im here.

Our recent experience was extremely positive. We entered through the emergency department, then spent a few days in room 4140 and the staff was excellent. If I have to be in a hospital, Trinity is certainly a top choice.

I spent 10 days on 4 West ...The staff are all awesome.. Very kind and always ready to help. The hospital is in great conditions.. I'll never go to another hospital.. It was a awesome experience to be there..
