I had my daughter here four years ago,they were amazing then,now with my b/f who has been here for almost a week,they have been so wonderful,after going to Bayanet hospital and treated like crap we decided to come here and everyone from doctors,nurses,even the food people r so nice and treat u with respect
While I can't really say that I loved it, due to my being ill, I will absolutely salute the staff on 4 West for taking such good care of me. It was a frightening time and they saw me through it with compassion, empathy and humor. My sincere appreciation!

I recently had a scheduled c-section Medical Center of Trinity. This was my 3rd c-section and my doctor was Dr. Ancheta. I was nervous even though I have had the procedure before. The staff I came in contact with were SO AMAZING. From the day of prep to the day of discharge, I was treated with such care and kindness. From housekeeping to the leadership to lactation to anesthesia......each person treated me and my family with courtesy. I was over billed by Trinity ER they did nothing but an EKG and my Bill was almost $3000. If anyone out there is thinking about going to Trinity ask for an itemized billing of services.

I've tried to avoid writing this review for over a year now and I just a can't shake the feeling of what this hospital did to me and my new family. They simply did not take care of me. They did what they had to do to get their paycheck. Im 27 years old and trusted this facility with the birth of my first child. That was a mistake. They admitted me about 5:00 pm to INDUCE me and "advised " me it was best to start my epidural right away. Have been I here since Mon 8/1/16, was receiving great care in ER till moved to 4th floor, so far not much has happened , had to get own menu, no meds ordered, no word on Dr. Was only suppose to be here overnight for observation, lacking good communication
