I went in with a COPD flare up and shortness of breath and they took me back right away did everything that I needed and sent me home with all the prescriptions that I need it for my breathing nurses were wonderful the doctor was wonderful
Was my first and hopefully last surgery yesterday. Procedure done by Dr. Ramappa, she is the best! I was very nervous but the entire nursing staff was very kind. they lifted my spirits made me laugh and didnt hesitate to help me with anything I needed. overall my experience was a good one. thank you! <3
I went into the hospital through the emergency room having a real hard time breathing coughing horribly I actually thought I broke ribs from coughing so bad. They ended up putting me in the hospital on the 4th floor Room 4151. The staff from the very beginning of my arrival or so attentive and personable. They are all sweethearts there and so extremely professional. They have the best protocols for handling the issues of everything you need to get well. Hope the rest of the hospital is better than their ER. Granddaughter arrived there after being thrown from a horse. 12 year old (pediatric patient) possible head and neck injury ( large abrasions on face, neck swelling), "receptionist" told her mother she had a 5 hour wait, she never got to triage. 1) pediatric patient, 2) possible head/ facial injury, 3) possible spinal injury, what part of poor care/ negligence does this ER not understand. I went to Medical Center of Trinity this morning to have a procedure done. I was extremely nervous and the staff could tell. The entire staff was amazing. Very compassionate care and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Medical Center of Trinity for your health care needs.
