At visitor check-in, ( sat-12/17, 11:30 am) I was with my friend. There were two girls, one helped my friend while I waited. The other girl didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited. Someone else came in, she put her book down and helped him. Thats just wrong. Then the person we went to see, wanted to get out of bed. Alarms sounded, took a while for someone to come even after he pressed the call nurse button. The aid that came told us he can't get out of bed due to being a fall risk. I had to take my 2 year old to the ER last night and they were very accommodating and good with her! I was impressed with the doctors, nurses and staff. They went out of their way to make sure she was okay.
I have been here for almost 2 days now and I will be here for about 2 more I have had such good treatment and I'm very grateful I love each and every one of my nurses and I'm glad that I'm blessed to have such good people taking care of me
Everyone was so nice. They treated me really nice. Took care of my needs.
Well l have been here 5 days, what a wonderful hospital, the ER was so quick to take care of me ,the Nurses and CNA,s have been wonderful, and a big thankyou to Nikki and Jackie in food services,also to Darelys in housekeeping she does a wonderful job..
Staff extremely rude... Administration extremely rude they will hang up on you great professionalism... I order flowers that never made it to a patient... they told me they were unable to find the patient and that the flowers go into a gene pool and are distributed among patients... It just so happens that this certain patient was in ICU... When I called I was promised that the same bouquet of flowers would be delivered from my florist... well my bouquet of flowers that I originally ordered never made it... The worst hospital experience ever. I had an EKG first & the nurse who came into the room had the wrong chart & thought I was "Jenkins" Throughout my ordeal here, the majority of the staff were unprofessional. After connecting the wires for my EKG, the nurse had to ask the receptionist at the check-in desk which button to press. After waiting for eternity it seems - I had to ask when I was likely to go back & they then did so. I was given a stretcher in the hall. It was like ...Continue Reading
