I got this system for my Mom and it is excellent! We had to use it once and it worked perfectly. The customer service is great! They send you reminders when to change the batteries and check the system to make sure it is working all the time. I also like that they give you a lockbox for outside in case my mom is alone and cannot get to the door. Now when I have to leave my mom alone I feel that she is safe by herself.

I have not had to use my alert button yet as the three times I needed someone my Husband was a thome. I did TEST the button and every time I did this it was answered almost immediately, I had a friend over and I was checking the connection outside the house. He was amazed at how fast they answered saying even 911 takes longer than that. Four stars.
Feel safe knowing Medical Care Alert is always there. Fall feature is especially good for me since I fall often. The staff is always kind and courteous.
I have had my alert necklace for seven months and it does everything they said it would it works anywhere you go at home,out shopping or traveling I would recommend this unit to anyone.
