The Medical Care Alert that I wear all the time - is so comforting. I know that someone will always be there if I need them. They are so responsive. I've accidentally pressed the button, and there was someone talking to me right away! It give me such great peace of mind!!!!!
RecommendedI have the Medical Care Alert for my Mom, who lives in Montana and she had a fall this year, which was captured with the fall detection feature. She said that before she knew what had happened she heard a helpful voice coming through her pendant and they were able to get her emergency care right away. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the operators and the ease of set-up of the service. It is tremendous peace-of-mind for us to know that Medical Care Alert is watching out for Mom.
Understanding and great staff best service ever very efficient
We have Medical Care Alert for my 93 year old mom who lives in another state. My brother lives with her but works parttime and Mom is alone some - she has never had an emergency needing to press the button for help but we are so glad she has it - they have been very kind when she has accidentally pressed it, and it has been good "testing" of the procedures which are very good and efficient as well as thorough. After a year of having the "gps" "fall alert" button, we are extremely pleased with it!!!
For us old geezers, the back-up is vital, the service is great and the comfort in knowing you got a safety net is amazing.
Flawless, quick responses. Have had a few false alarms (not their fault) that have proved the system beyond a doubt.
I am very pleased with the Medical Care Alert system. I am often on the road visiting with my children and grandchildren and running to their various sports events. After I had a heart attack, I felt I needed a system with a GPS tracking system included. Fortunately I've not needed to use it to call for assistance, however I did fall outside once and have dropped the monitor and I always get a call from those monitoring the system to be sure I am ok and they are always extremely polite.
