Medical Alert was an asset to my aging parents for the past 7 years. It gave us peace of mind 24/7. The dispatchers who answer were always courteous and pleasant to speak with. Making a change in a contact person if we were on vacation was very easy.Updated equipment was sent to the house including the box to send the older unit back. I am please we had it when mom suffered a stroke, I was notified of the situation because she pushed the button and police and First Aid was sent to her home. A very dependable monitor. Holds power charge for almost 24 hours. Light weight. Very practical. Free standing. No need for any connections. The central office monitoring staff is on 24/7 and responds promptly. Excellent product. Five (5) stars, out of 5.
Peace of mind as I have fallen several times, both outside in the yard, bedroom and several times in the bathroom. Fast results in both EMS and neighbor on my call list. Recommend them and the customer service is outstanding.
I have had my Medical Care Alert Unit since AFTER a fall last year when I fractured my femur. I was fortunate at that time that a Cousin came to see about me when I did not answer my phone. I have accidently activated it a few times and the response has always been immediate and they talk to you while looking up your location. I feel very secure and wear it all the time. Especially like that it can locate me any place in the United States. Gives me Peace of Mind.
The peace of mind with medical care alert is priceless. Very professional and efficient. Helped with emergency response last month for 92 year old aunt. Very reasonably priced and great value. I would highly recommend their service!
