As a patient who had been loyal and dependent on the care at Medford Chiropractic for over 7 years, I write this review now to express my utmost disappointment in this practice. When I started here in 2018, the staff, such as Nancy, were supportive, efficient, and polite in all communications. The providers, particularly Dr. Diane Sofia, cared deeply about patients and used expert training and patient communication skills to respond to physical needs.
