I have never had a bad experience with Med Express. Everyone there is always very nice and comforting. Very helpful and professional.
My first time there...I was nervous, but everyone was kind and professional. They were busy, but the wait wasn't long.
My first couple of times going there they were fast at getting me in to see a doctor. Here the past couple of times they have been extremely slow! This past time I sat there in the Newark office for a half an hour waiting to verify my insurance information than another 45 minutes before I seen a doctor. I've honestly had quicker service at the ER! Other than the extreme slowness the staff is friendly and the doctors are good.
I have went to MedExpress on route 202 several times. Newark needs to work on their turn around. Will drive the extra mikes next time.
First time there no long wait nice offices - staff was excellent in and out!! Thank you!
Honestly WORST experience I've ever went through while I was there. First they believed I had strep but the test came back negative. They gave me medication for it and it didn't help, I got worst. Then they believed I had mono but the test came back negative. I left and went to the ER and found out I had tonsillitis. So I will NOT ever come back to this MedExpress.
