Newark Rt 4 horrible, just called for Covid test and was told I had to call from the parking lot and there was a 2 hours wait. that phone took 21 minutes to get answered, what would I want get into this mess?

They suck. Every time spend hours waiting and they do nothing. Don’t go here. My husband has been i there for two hours still waiting. They suck

so livid after last nights visit...my son always gets sinus infections he has sinus pressure headache and congestion took him there they listened to his chest checked his ears ...y there was no problem with his ears he gave him NOTHING and he continued to feel horrible really sucks
the staff at MedExpress were great! my poor 2 y/o had to get three stitches on his upper cheek and they did so well keeping him still and trying to keep him distracted while doing so. the nurse even gave my son some sour patch kids and a juice box for him and my other son! Best thing is, we didn't have to wait 5 or more hours at a hospital!
Very long wait to get a physical (2.5 hours), one doctor available, rude staff and we were the last patients an hour after the location closed. Never again ...
Clean / friendly / thorough / comforting / fast !!! Was really feeling bad - pleasant experience !!! Very impressed !!!
Short wait to get checked for a bad reaction to poison ivy .
My 1st time there,I had 5 ppl ahead of me and prolly 1-3hr wait so I left,went back n they told me with n hour but i was there for almost 2hrs which wasnt bad n they were very nice n professional buuuut they couldnt do anything so dr told me I needed to see an orthopedic dr,will b on phone 1st thing monday morning!
This was my 2nd visit here in 3 weeks just different medical issues. The staff there are very professional and more than happy to treat you. I give Med-Express a A plus.
