They are nice people and get you fast it's very convenient
MedExpress got us in quickly and began treating our daughter immediately. She was finished in about 20-30 minutes, and felt better as soon as we left. They even pinpointed a problem we wasn't going for, and so prevented additional problems before they could set in. MedExpress is great
I work at Baxter Healthcare in Mountain Home. Some of my friends had been there. Went in and there was no clipboard with a bunch of paperwork to fill out! Did everything with the Secretary at the window on the computer. She was awesome and so friendly! I didn't have to wait. Two nurses was with me at first. One took vitals and the other asked questions about me. Then I went to wait for Doc. It was Nurse Practitioner, Kathy Lawless. We are in from out of town and my little girl has been feeling pretty gross! The ladies are AMAZING at the front and Stacey is one of the nicest ladies ever! So grateful that they were so easy to get to!
I had Dr. David when I went for the first time today. I think they lady at the desk her name was Jackie I think. She was very nice and helpful. Dr David took very good care of me and helped me understand what was wrong. And they even said in 3 days they will check in on me. Everyone was helpful and nice. If me or my family ever gets sick we will definitely be back!
