These people are crooks. They have been pushing through payments thru never contacted me about or authorized on bills they never contacted my insurance or myself about and AFTER withdrawing over $350 out of my account turned me over to collections. after years of getting my credit in a good place they sent, not one, but TWO reports to my credit. RecommendedFriendly and knowledgeable staff, absolutely amazing! I'm rather new to the area and was a bit nervous, especially with everything going on with the pandemic. They were very kind, professional, and understanding about my situation. I would definitely recommend them!
This has to be the friendliest, most professional caring Urgent Care facility we have ever been to. They were fairly busy and we still were in and out in a timely manner. Every employee was amazing with my sick inpatient 6 year old! We do not live in Mountain Home but visit it frequently and am very pleased knowing that this facility is available! Thank you for taking care of my lil one this weekend!
My insurance covered everything 100%. The staff are real friendly & helpful. The Dr was fast & very good.
they turned down both of my family members either having insurance or not. they just tell you nothing is wrong or go to ER. this place should not be opened of you cant treat patients. Don't go here.
Emily, Carmella, RN, and Valarie, FNP, were fast, friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service. I recommend MedExpress.
