RecommendedWe have used Med Express in Mtn Home several times since they opened. They are always quick and efficient. A few weeks ago I took my daughter in for a pretty bad ear infection. Yesterday I had to take my son in for a sports injury. The receptionist remembered our daughter loves stickers and almost immediately offered her some. We were seen quite quickly despite them being busy. My son received an xray right away. Extremely rude person at the front window! We did not even stay for treatment after that.
Don't get me wrong, they provide a great service for the community, but unfortunately they are very confused about what services they offer. My wife and I recently had to get a physical done, in order to complete the process for adoption enrollment. They were kind enough to get us in and charge us only $30/piece for the paperwork. Two weeks later I get a bill (not my wife though) for $20. No one that I call can explain to me why I am charged an extra $20.. and my wife wasn't? The staff here is always the most pleasant, professional and friendly. I never have to wait very long. I have always been so pleased with every one there. Highly recommended over the ER any day!!!!
Great urgent care! Fast,friendly, clean,& knowledgable. Dr.David was fantastic with answering questions from my child,very patient & calm. Thank you for taking good care of her!
We took my son in today. He was screaming his head off and obviously wasn't easy to deal with. They got us right in, looked at, given a popsicle, and ready to leave within 30 minutes. It was a very impressive visit. Thank you!
Came in on Sunday at 7:30. Husband had to go get ID so I could be seen. Long story short is they refused to see me and said that I couldn't even pay full cost to be seen. Ladies at the front desk were the rudest two women I have ever encountered at a Dr office.
