We saw Dr. Seid and besides the 2 HR wait to get into the office he kept insisting my daughter had put something in her ear to make it bleed. She's 7 and never in a million years would she have done that. Then said must be a bug in her ear. Really??? It's a simple ear infection and I know that for a fact as we followed up with our Regular Dr. And what do you know no blood no bug.SMH Last time I used them he tried telling me a basic UTI was Kidney Stones. Ugh.... Nice place just needs better physicians.
Awful!! Waited two hours got there when they first opened and when dr came into room quickly looked at my throat her phone rang she answered it and walked out not saying a word then came back 10 minutes later and was like oh ok take this prescription and left. Rude and showed no desire to want to treat me .
DO NOT SEE DR. SEID. The staff and nurses were great. Dr. Seid on the other hand sat down rolling his eyes while asking me what is wrong with my son. I have never encountered such an awful, rude, and careless doctor. After checking out my baby briefly he said all looked good including his throat. He didn't even look in my baby's mouth. Maybe he was having a rough day, week, or even a year, but this was a baby you were checking out. A 9 month old!
