The doctor there today was completely rude and useless. I explained my child’s ear is bleeding due to an infection and after waiting an hour to be seen the doctor refused to do anything. Kept saying they can not do anymore and I need to see his ENT. Which I already have an appointment for but considering it’s a Friday at 4pm all doctors are closed and my child needs drops or antibiotics..
I've been to this urgent care several times and always have good experiences. I went because I got bleach in my eye. The receptionist was so nice and the nurse Heather and Dr Punla were amazing. Dr Punla went out of his way to make me comfortable and even made me laugh at my stupid injury. I already recommend them to family and will continue to do so.
Great staff, kind, courteous, caring, and funny too. They are there to help, and that they do.
The doctors (some of them) have bad bed side manners and they seemed annoyed. The front staff and nurses are very caring.
Clean, it was fast, only 4 people ahead of me.. Dr Lindsey was great and friendly
I've been here several times and have always been treated well, medically also. It's available on weekends when your doctor isn't. Great to have this center in our neighborhood. Will recommend highly.
The staff was really nice and Mike (PA) was very knowledgeable. He figured out what was going on right away and even checked a couple other things. It is definitely a good alternative when the regular doctor is not available.
