This place was amazing, thank you very much for all your help tonight, my wife was in a lot of pain and they were caring, understanding and compassionate!! When we got there, they took us in immediately, two nurses assisted my wife in getting her processed in and checking her vitals, just very nice people, straight forward, pulled no punches and thoroughly explained their understanding of what was going on. I highly recommend this place and just want to truly thank them again, God bless!
Possibly staff training on proper interaction with people outside the facility. They speak for your company. I was just pulling out of the side driveway, did not see this "woman's" turn signal until I had already started pulling out. I immediately put in reverse to get out of her way and mouthed sorry. She mouthed back "FU" and gave me the finger. I was quite taken back and waited for her to get out of her car so I could tell her again. She once again gave me the finger and refused to look at me. I was denied service for fear of staff comfortability.
Went there in an emergency situation, was billed and I made several payments and they sent me to collections for a $98 balance. (Over $300 of the bill was already paid!). I don’t even think that’s legal since they were paid by the insurance and I was making payments. Disgusting behavior and bad business practice. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
I would like to share having a very positive experience yesterday at the MedExpress in Ledgewood. My doctor sent me to urgent care instead of scheduling me for possible stitches. The front desk ladies were nice when I arrived. I have extreme anxiety going to the doctor... the front ladies were so kind and the nurse looked at my injury to provide me the care I needed. There was a two hour wait that I was unable to do so they provided me with care instructions and offered to call other MedExpress centers in the area to see how... read more
I am so impressed with the staff at this facility. Extremely welcoming, great with children, and very professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Very modern, up to date, clean urgent care with friendly staff and doctors... Just extremely slow serving their patrons. My daughter and me were the only ones there and they still made us wait to be seen. The Doctor was very polite but rushed through my daughters exam.
