I've never used a Med Express before (actually don't like doctor offices/ hospitals in general), but so glad I did instead of the E.R. I was in and out within an hour. The office was clean and the staff very friendly.
Very nice and caring folks. They saw me right away (got there at opening time) and got me out and to the pharmacy in no time flat. The facilities are clean and well organized and they are almost "paper free" with tablets for check in. Best visit to an urgent care office ever.
still sitting back here it's been 2 hours a little irritated at this point not to mention they said they had 2 doctors
The visit started with a phone call from me that morning asking what the wait time was like. I was told good about 45 minutes that's what we strive for . I said great I will be over on my lunch hour. Well let's start with my visit, 22 minutes to be checked in 1hr 58 minutes in the waiting area. Then 40 minutes sitting in the doctors office before being seen. The doctor is nice and so are the assistants. My issue is with the billing through this company. They charged my bank account two days before Christmas overdrafting my bank account. Apparently my insurance had a question on something simple and instead of them contacting me they just took my money three months after my visit. I canceled my card because I originally thought it was fraud because the charge came from West Virginia. Now I have to wait WEEKS to get a check in the mail. Dr Pleasants and Nelson took care of me today with my foot injury- they were very kind, personable and made me feel very comfortable! The girls at the desk were super sweet as well! My husband and I highly recommend this clinic- quick, clean and professional:)
Very happy with my vist! Was in and out in an hour. The staff was very pleasurable! Will definitely choose this place again if needed!
